　　先和組織方聯系好，盡量索要日程表，名單，ppt，中方代表講話稿。全部正裝，如果天氣炎熱，注意盡量不要穿短袖襯衣。

　　1、會議口譯。提前40分鐘到場，和組織方協調座位，臺卡，調試話筒。尋找筆記本電腦插頭。錄音筆錄音。

　　1. Conference Interpretation. Arrive 40 minutes in advance, coordinate seats, desk cards and debug microphones with the organizer. Look for a laptop plug. Record with a recording pen.

　　2、陪同口譯。熟悉到訪地地理位置，企業或景點介紹。吃飯時候根據主辦方安排協調座次。

　　3、同聲傳譯。提前40分鐘到場，了解大屏幕位置，調試耳機和同聲傳譯設備，調節音量。帶優盤請錄音師錄下現場音頻，自己用錄音筆錄音。把打印好的材料有序擺放到箱子里。

　　3. Simultaneous interpretation. Arrive 40 minutes in advance, understand the location of the large screen, debug headphones and simultaneous interpretation equipment, and adjust the volume. 　　1、服裝盡量正裝，不然外賓和領導正裝，譯員穿著隨便很突兀。

　　2、學會躲鏡頭。雙方賓客合影，如無邀請，譯員請回避。如果需要工作照，可以麻煩組織方協助照相。

　　2. Learn to hide from the camera. The guests of both sides take a group photo. If there is no invitation, the interpreter should avoid it. If you need a work photo, you can ask the organizer to help you take a picture.

　　3、有話筒的口譯注意自己的聲音，不要太大也不要太小。咳嗽請回避。同傳的話有一個“咳嗽鍵”，如果需要和組織方說話或和搭檔交流記得按一下。輪換時候有切換鍵，注意協調好，主動切換。
